We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer information
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and creating customer invoices
- Attend sales meetings and take notes to be shared with the team
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on current sales processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Econ or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hubspot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
Eligibility: This position is remote, but applicants must reside within the United States.

- Paid internship: $17-19/hour
