Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of sales processes to support consistency, productivity, and scalability across the firm
Collaborate with the Salesforce Steering Committee to ensure governance, system administration, process design, data integrity, and user adoption
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics through CRM, Power BI, and Excel to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and key metrics
Drive strategic planning efforts and provide data-driven insights that support revenue goals and inform executive decision making
Lead performance management processes for the Business Development team to ensure accountability, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and service line leadership to align sales strategies, support go-to-market initiatives, and introduce new technologies and service offerings
Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and technologies that improve sales efficiency, operational visibility, and firmwide alignment
Lead the sales forecasting process and maintain consistent, accurate projections that support financial and operational planning
Support sales enablement efforts by identifying training needs, developing resources, and strengthening onboarding programs
Maintain an organized and structured operational framework, ensuring documentation, workflows, and data practices align with firm policies and governance
Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on market trends, internal performance indicators, and analysis of revenue opportunities
Supervisory responsibilities
Will lead and supervise subordinate team members

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Travel required
Limited travel may be requested for attending events, conferences, or internal meetings
Required education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Experience leading a Revenue Operations Function or Sales Operations team
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
Preferred education and experience
Advanced degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline
Experience in professional service environment, such as a CPA firm, financial consulting firm, or similar setting
