We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to help support with top of funnel activities and data integrity. If you are in your final year of a degree or have recently graduated and are excited to step into the world of system operations, we’d love to hear from you!



Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain data integrity across CRM and sales systems
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team
  • Perform data quality checks and cleanups
  • Assist in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Help troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when needed
  • Document processes and help update internal knowledge bases
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on cross-functional projects
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools and system enhancements



Requirements

  • In the 3rd year or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred)
  • Basic understanding of information systems
  • Basic understanding or previous experience with Salesforce – an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (basic functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables – an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within Sales Operations
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work at least 4 days a week with flexibility for working on Fridays

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role – an advantage
  • Experience working with other CRM systems – an advantage
  • Familiarity with additional tools like Tableau, Outreach, Salesloft – an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
