We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to help support with top of funnel activities and data integrity. If you are in your final year of a degree or have recently graduated and are excited to step into the world of system operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain data integrity across CRM and sales systems
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team
- Perform data quality checks and cleanups
- Assist in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Help troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when needed
- Document processes and help update internal knowledge bases
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on cross-functional projects
- Assist in the implementation of new tools and system enhancements
Requirements
- In the 3rd year or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Basic understanding of information systems
- Basic understanding or previous experience with Salesforce – an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (basic functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables – an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within Sales Operations
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work at least 4 days a week with flexibility for working on Fridays
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational role – an advantage
- Experience working with other CRM systems – an advantage
- Familiarity with additional tools like Tableau, Outreach, Salesloft – an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
