The Role
Perform our Sales Operations and lead a Deal Desk team while spearheading operational excellence across the revenue organization. You’ll own Salesforce Lightning, DealHub, and Outreach.io workflows in a high-growth SaaS environment and collaborate directly with GTM and executive stakeholders.
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Team Management
– Manage and develop a small team of deal desk professionals
– Ensure seamless operations during seasonal peaks
– Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Deal Desk Excellence
– Streamline deal approvals and reduce cycle times
– Resolve complex deal structure and pricing questions
– Ensure compliance across cross-functional workflows (Legal, Sales, Finance)
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
– Maintain accurate, real-time forecasting in Salesforce
– Create dashboards and KPI reports for the executive team
– Lead weekly “Close the Week” reporting with Sales management
Process Optimization
– Develop 90-day improvement roadmaps
– Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
– Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales operations at scale

WHAT YOU NEED
Experience

– 5+ years of Sales Operations and Deal Desk experience
– 2+ years managing or leading teams
– SaaS or high-growth tech background preferred
– Proven success scaling and improving sales operations functions
Technical Skills
– Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning (admin certification a plus)
– Experience with DealHub, CPQ, or similar deal desk tools
– Well-developed skills in pipeline health, forecasting, and reporting
– Proficiency with platforms like Outreach.io or Salesloft

Success Metrics
– 30 Days: Assess workflows, build stakeholder relationships, and identify top 3 improvement areas
– 90 Days: Implement process improvements, set team goals, and improve forecast accuracy
– 1 Year: Reduce deal cycle times, navigate peak periods smoothly, and build scalable processes

– Up to $155,000 base salary
