We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our GTM team, with a strong focus on analytics and operations. This role will be instrumental in enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to scale efficiently by ensuring data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and seamless cross-functional execution.

As a strategic partner to GTM leadership, you will own revenue analytics, reporting infrastructure, and operational processes that improve visibility, performance, and predictability across the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track KPIs across Sales, Pre Sales and Customer Success.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to analyze revenue trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Operations & Process Excellence
  • Optimize GTM systems to ensure accurate data flow and usability.
  • Standardize and improve sales operational processes 
  • Support planning and execution of GTM strategies, including territory design, quota setting, and performance measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on metrics, definitions, and processes.
  • Enable teams with the right tools, data, and insights to execute effectively.
  • Act as the “source of truth” for GTM data integrity and reporting.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical background with experience building dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM and GTM tech stacks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail, data integrity, and process consistency.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
