Description

Future is looking for Sales Operations Analysts to join our growing team. This posting represents an ongoing need across the business.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be an important contributor within our data-led organization, playing a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, providing a reliable foundation for insights used across our business. You will develop and deliver precise reporting, empowering leadership with a clear view of performance across the division. You will also work with other teams to ensure the accuracy of shared data, facilitate access to essential information, and collaborate on reporting accuracy, ensuring seamless agreement across departments.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of how clean data supports reliable reports and a broader understanding. You will identify and address data discrepancies, maintain reporting frameworks, and help transform complex data into clear, relevant intelligence for partners across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Manage data integrity across our internal systems, including proactive identification, investigation, and resolution of discrepancies
  • Develop and implement data governance best practices
  • Perform regular data audits and reconciliations to guarantee a clean and reliable database
  • Develop a suite of accurate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel (performing complex functions) and BI platforms
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Translate complex data into easily understandable visuals and narratives for leadership, marketing, and finance teams
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection and analysis processes
  • Provide training and support to users on internal system usage, data entry standards, and reporting tools to ensure data quality and user adoption
  • Develop strategies for applying AI to your work for improved performance
  • Translate technical details into practical effects will be necessary to your success
  • Work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing data quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience in data migration, data health management, and documentation creation.
  • Successful record of user support and data adoption
  • The ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
