This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.
All About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our North American Major Appliances Independent Retail channels. In this role, you'll help streamline order execution, support customer programs, and ensure smooth operations throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize invoicing and order execution processes across multiple programs
- Enforce Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and manage out-of-zone shipment approvals to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support product lifecycle activities, including item phase-ins and end-of-life transitions
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related errors impacting inventory or invoicing
- Respond to customer requests regarding order status, delivery, and issue resolution
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Electrolux Order Portal and support enhancements
- Provide reporting and ad hoc analysis to support sales planning and leadership decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or supply chain
- Proficient in SAP and knowledgeable in order lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
