About this team:
The Sales Operations team sits within the Business Intelligence team and our job is to create efficiencies for all Magnite teams across the global business. We ensure that all business operations can run smoothly and effectively from the beginnings of a contact with a client all the way through to the entirety of the business relationship. We liaise with not only Sales as our name would indicate, but also with Legal, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Technical Operations, Supply & Demand Operations, Senior Leadership, Information Technology, and even Product & Engineering, as we ensure our operations comply with internal bylaws and audit regulations.
In this role you will:
Partner with Sales and Legal teams to support the review and analysis of sales contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Contribute to the development and delivery of sales training programs that enable sales team success and process adoption
Support the onboarding process for new sales team members
Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze and refine sales processes for maximum efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows that enhance productivity across the Commercial organization
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales processes with overall business objectives and SOX audit controls
Ensure Sales opportunities are up-to-date and moving effectively through the pipeline
Perform regular audits to confirm accounts are set up correctly and billing is accurate
Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in contract terms and conditions
We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years of work experience, preferably in sales operations or a related field
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and Google Suite
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality; able to manage multiple priorities, proactively organize work, and consistently deliver polished outputs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
A solutions-oriented mindset in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Comfortable navigating contracts with complex legal language

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
