Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our North American Major Appliances Independent Retail channels, with a focus on optimizing sales operations, supporting customer programs, and ensuring seamless order lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize invoicing through diverse order execution strategies.
- Enforce Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) execution and out-of-zone shipment permissions to maximize truck optimization and encourage incremental sales, including excess and obsolete inventory.
- Maintain a robust understanding of the product lifecycle and assist with phase-in and end-of-life system activities.
- Ensure complete inventory to invoice flow by resolving multiple error buckets within SAP.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues and requests regarding order execution and delivery.
- Provide support to execute sales plans according to company goals.
- Provide direction to multiple functions in resolving issues and conflicts that could impact customers.
- Be a subject matter expert on the Electrolux Order portal and drive new functionality and enhancements.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as needed and requested by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP and order lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
