Role Overview: Sales & Marketing Specialist

KontrolFreek is seeking a dynamic and highly-organized Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as a critical link between our global sales teams, channel marketing programs, and operational execution. In this role, you will be the engine room for our go-to-market efforts, ensuring our B2B sales partners are equipped for success, our marketing activities are data-driven, and our brand is protected across all channels. You will manage key operational workflows, from tracking new product launches to analyzing performance metrics, making a direct impact on our growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partner Enablement:

  • Serve as a primary support hub for our B2B global sales teams, providing timely assets and information.
  • Assist in creating and driving channel marketing plans with the global Sales team.
  • Assist with FBA inventory planning and replenishment, working with Supply Chain to avoid stock‑outs and overstock. Responsible for creating and tracking all FBA shipments for the KontrolFreek FBA business.
  • Develop and manage creative communications to keep global sales teams aligned on product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the product sample setup and fulfillment process to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in developing presentation slides for QPMs, Sales line reviews etc.
  • Project tracking all New Product Introduction (NPI) packaging, projects and creative asset tasks within Wrike + Jira; work in close partnership with the Creative Director to ensure all project deadlines and outstanding needs are met

Performance & Data Analysis:

  • Track and analyze monthly sell-out data from all channels to calculate and report on product attach rates.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics from channels to measure and report on ROAS from marketing activities.
  • Deliver quarterly briefings to the Paid Media and Influencer teams for any direct-to-consumer activity needs.

Operations & Brand Integrity:

  • Act as the Counterfeit & Brand Protection Lead, identifying and coordinating the response to unauthorized sellers and intellectual property violations.

About You:

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a sales operations, marketing support preferably within the consumer goods, gaming, or electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, sell-through, attach rate) and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; experience with project management software like Wrike is a major plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple international teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

What the first 90 days in this role looks like:

Within 30 Days – Learning, Listening, and Supporting

  • Get onboarded to KontrolFreek: products, brand guidelines, B2B channels, key retail/online partners, and core KPIs (sell-out, attach rate, ROAS).
  • Shadow sales and marketing meetings (global sales syncs, QPMs, Paid Media / Influencer check-ins) to understand current priorities and processes.
  • Get trained in key tools: Wrike, Jira, reporting dashboards, internal asset libraries, and any FBA / inventory systems.
  • Begin assisting with basic sales enablement requests (sharing existing assets, product info, launch calendars) under guidance.
  • Support project tracking for a subset of New Product Introduction (NPI) packaging and creative tasks in Wrike + Jira.
  • Help with simple FBA tasks (e.g., pulling inventory reports, drafting shipment requests) while learning the full workflow.

Within 60 Days – Taking Ownership of Workflows

  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day sales enablement support: ensuring global B2B partners receive timely product info, launch timelines, and updated assets.
  • Start co‑creating channel marketing plans with the sales team, contributing insights from performance data and partner feedback.
  • Independently manage FBA shipment creation and tracking for the KontrolFreek FBA business, coordinating with Supply Chain to avoid stockouts and overstock.
  • Run regular project tracking for all assigned NPI packaging and creative asset tasks, proactively flagging risks and deadline issues to the Creative Director and stakeholders.
  • Begin preparing and updating presentation materials (QPMs, sales line reviews) using current performance data and launch details.
  • Build recurring performance reports: monthly sell-out, attach rate summaries, and basic ROAS snapshots for key channels.
  • Learn the current approach to brand protection and how counterfeit/unauthorized seller issues are identified and escalated.

Within 90 Days – Strategic Contribution and Continuous Improvement

  • Operate as a primary support hub for global B2B sales teams, anticipating needs and driving a structured cadence for sharing launch, promo, and campaign information.
  • Own the project management process for NPI packaging and key creative initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and on‑time delivery across Wrike + Jira.
  • Deliver clear, insight‑driven performance analyses: sell-out, attach rates, and ROAS, highlighting opportunities and risks to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Drive improvements in internal communications so global sales teams have a clear, consistent view of launches, promotions, and asset availability.
  • Act as the point person for Counterfeit & Brand Protection: coordinating investigations, documenting violations, and partnering with internal/legal teams on responses.
