This position focuses on  driving revenue by engaging prospects and inactive customers through consultative sales outstanding and exceptional customer service practices, while also ensuring a smooth order and delivery experience by addressing any issues that may arise. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls, interactions, and chats

2. Establish and maintain rapport with B2B leads provided by the company.

3. Actively grow new business through outbound initiatives to inactive and current customers

4. Proactively pipeline and provide weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasts.

5. Utilize consultative sales techniques to present targeted marketing solutions and identify upsell opportunities.

6. Understand client pain points and apply effective sales strategies to handle objections to close deals.

7. Efficiently navigates company sales order entry systems.

8. Utilize CRM to maintain prospect/customer interactions and opportunities.

9. Develop and present proposals and presentations.

10. Support team members in customer retention and development efforts.

11. Uphold and demonstrate company core values.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

1. Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2. Expertise in closing sales processes.

3. Strong verbal and written communications skills.

4. Quick thinking, efficient, and strong time management.

5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

6. Solid understanding of business, sales, and marketing strategies.

7. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

8. Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and procedures.

9. Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.

10. Works well under-pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.

10. Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

 

Education, Experience, and Certification:

1. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.

2. 1 year Inside Sales or Customer Experience, preferred

3. Proficient in MS Office, Excellent MS Excel skills, CRM software management.
