Our client is a perishable goods manufacturing company with a strong presence in North America.
As a result of their strong growth, they are currently looking for a solid Sales & Marketing Manager in Orlando.
You will be responsible for promoting the company's products, building brand awareness, and driving sales along with a team of Account Managers, web developers, and growth hackers.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the industry.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote the company's products.
- Develop branding strategies to differentiate the company's products from competitors.
- Create and implement advertising campaigns across various channels such as print, online, and social media.
- Coordinate promotional events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support their efforts.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and gather insights for future marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that marketing activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Profile:
- Proven experience within the perishable goods industry.
- Demonstrated history of sales & marketing achievements with large distributors such as Walmart, Kroger or Trader Joe's.
- Outstanding communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
Location: Orlando, FL - remote position with frequent business trips in the area.
