Primary Location Pay Range: $111,852.12 - $167,778.18

- Designs, develops and introduces marketing campaigns, new advertising products and pricing programs.
- Implements marketing campaign strategies and develops promotional and marketing programs around marketing strategies targeted at specific market segments.
- Introduces new advertising products to the Sales team, provides training and lends expertise.
- Accompanies Sales staff on selected calls to key potential customers to help with marketing campaigns and if necessary, develops modifications to particular marketing programs.
- Researches, designs and recommends pricing programs.
- Monitors program performance, providing recommendations and solutions where necessary.
- Develops and effectively communicates department policies, procedures and practices.
- Develops, trains and mentors staff including professionals and non-exempt employees.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
