About Cogentiq (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform): Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents, and multi-agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails, and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low‑code development console, Agent & MCP Gateways, and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections, and guardrails.

Location: US / New York (Hybrid Model)

Job Description:

As an Account Executive/GTM at Fractal, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts targeting North America, focusing on small to mid-market companies as an Individual contributor. Based out of the USA, you should be prepared for extensive domestic travel. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding and extensive experience in selling contact center technology and related products to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in North America.

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within small to mid-market companies.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, solution demos, proposals, and contracts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.

  • Work closely with the pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B experience (as an Individual contributor) in selling either contact center technology solutions, CCaaS, or GenAI CX software products as SaaS.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling to companies with revenue ranges between USD 200M and 10 Billion.

  • Sales Experience (Hunting) as an Individual Contributor with companies such as Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, Verint, Kore.ai, Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar is a mandate.

  • Utilize your existing network and prior client connections to generate new business opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud solutions, AI, chatbots, Voicebots, and customer engagement platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively within the US as required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $162,000 - $234,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. 

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
