About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead a sales team at Birdseye Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track individual and team performance.
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for potential expansion.
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation and logistics or security solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Transportation, Supply Chain or  Logistics industry experience.
  • Knowledge of security and surveillance technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
