Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business goals, leveraging market trends and competitive insights to drive growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Performance & Market Analysis: Monitor sales results, analyze performance data and market trends, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities to expand the business.
- Industry Engagement & Innovation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events while promoting innovative solutions that support sales success.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience with a passion for business growth
- Strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and business development practices.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
