About The Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your team and the broader sales organization. You’ll lead by example — inspiring, developing, and empowering your Account Executives to exceed their goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll bring a strong strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style to:
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, skill-building, and data-driven insights.
- Own the day-to-day execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to streamline processes and optimize performance.
- Use your deep understanding of SaaS sales to improve team efficiency and deal execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience (leading AEs or closing reps).
- Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level.
- Experience negotiating contracts and navigating complex legal or procurement discussions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and people development skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA and/or MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $165,000 - $180,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
