* Job Summary
* The Sales Goals Architect develops and maintains the algorithm used to set sales goals for all segments of the Sales Organization. This role focuses on reviewing existing methodologies and providing insight and recommendations to Senior Leaders to properly align sales behaviors with company initiatives.
* What you'll do
* Design, develop and implement new goal processes for Sales Leadership
* Maintain existing goal algorithms and update as necessary
* Work with Senior Leaders to design goal concepts and models to support initiatives
* Provide recommendations for goal architecture design based on industry best practices
* Complete complex data analysis projects to support various company initiatives
* Summarize analysis learnings, package, and present insights to share with VPs and executive level management
* Work closely with key Sales Operations Leaders on a regular basis for business monitoring in addition to helping to advise on strategic issues
* Work closely with key Sales Leaders on a regular basis for business monitoring in addition to helping to advise on strategic issues
* Ability to Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies
* Assess various sales force strategies throughout the year
* Work cross functionally with other departments on the Anaplan platform and consult on the overall expansion of the environment
* Serve as a consultant to the business, providing guidance around CDW's goal data and Anaplan
* Develop and provide reporting to Sales Management around goal attainment and performance of the sales organization
* What we expect of you
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems)
* 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience Other required qualifications
* Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develops actionable recommendations.
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to directors and VPs
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
* Strong skillset within Excel. Including an understanding of how to develop macros, and model large data sets utilizing Lookups and SumIf functions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferred qualifications
* Anaplan utilization
* Sales/Sales Operations experience
* Past experience working directly with IT departments
* Project management experience Pay range: $ 77,000 - $ 122,400 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differential
