Job Title: Sales Executive (Strategy & Growth)

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Adswerve is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Partner to play a pivotal role in driving new business and fostering significant revenue growth within new clients. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role demands a proactive sales hunter mentality combined with strategic brand development expertise. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the adtech and martech landscape, particularly the Google ecosystem, to forge strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and architect impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding targets and a passion for shaping the future of brand engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across a book of prospective marketer clients, with an emphasis on cross-platform GMP, GA4, and GCP-based analytics solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and aligning Adswerve's solutions and services to drive measurable impact and long-term success.
  • Develop and articulate compelling, tailored solutions that address clients' pain points and leverage Adswerve's expertise across Google Marketing Platform (GMP), GA4, and potentially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding in collaboration with Account Management and Services teams.
  • Partner closely with Account Management, Services, Marketing, Media and Analytics teams to ensure seamless client experiences, successful solution implementations, and unified value delivery.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of adtech and martech solutions, with a strong emphasis on Google’s Marketing Platform to craft compelling narratives and effectively position Adswerve's offerings.
  • Proactively explore and identify greenfield opportunities within client organizations and the broader market, leveraging networking, prospecting, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership within client organizations.
  • Drive and be accountable to a variety of initiatives across the Adswerve organization relevant to the brand and its strategic direction.
  • Represent Adswerve at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions, nurture leads, and establish connections within the industry. (One to two times per quarter)
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our offerings to clients, bringing in the right people as needed for support
  • Share expertise and best practices within the team, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the adtech or martech space, preferably within a google partner, with a strong focus on new business sales, and business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving new business and exceeding revenue targets within direct marketer accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, with significant experience and knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform products.  Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present compelling solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams to deliver exceptional client value.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events and building professional networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.

This position pays a base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
