About the team:

Our expert sales team is comprised of Enterprise Sales Professionals and Leadership, and we are growing! This team focuses on FIS’s Core and Digital Solutions for the largest clients within FIS. This high-performing team has the expertise our clients demand in the Core and Digital space.

What you will be doing:

  • "Hunt" inside of FIS’ top 150 accounts.

  • Engage with client executives at the C-suite level and FIS’ Enterprise Account Management team.

  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on FIS solutions and understand our client's process and needs.

  • Work across FIS sales and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline.

  • Lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, develop pricing, and structure deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for FIS.

What you bring:

  • 5-8 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience.

  • 5-8 years of experience within the Financial Services Technology industry.

  • Experience calling on C-Suite and technology executives.

  • Effective collaboration skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Fintech experience.

  • Understanding of Banking Technology stacks.  

  • Experience with selling to Fortune 100 companies.

  • Core and Digital solutions experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,850.00 - $229,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
