We are looking for a Sales Executive/Director who will:

  • You will report to the Vice President to contribute design and implement strategies that enhance performance in CSG's Strategic Accounts team. Demonstrate expertise in the creation of effective strategies to overcome objections and secure customer investments in CSG products and services

  • You will prospect, cold call, and create sales opportunities within a module of existing strategic accounts by working with other departments to close new business while ensuring successful implementation to the customer

  • Lead sales process using presentations, negotiating prices, contractual terms, and developing, writing, delivering sales proposals from initial inquiries, and RFXs through the final negotiation of a commercial agreement

  • Manage pursuit team, including company partners, subject matter experts, and third-party partners while sharing knowledge, and insights with both internal and external colleagues

Is this opportunity for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor's Degree in sales related field, or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in English in a business environment

  • 7 years of formal field sales experience within CSG's target markets

  • 7 Years of sales experience identifying, qualifying, and prioritize prospects with demonstrated results while applying SMEs to gain credibility with important prospects

  • Experience driving the sales process from start to finish and negotiating sales deals and achieving /exceed sales quotas

  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and building partnerships while driving transformational breakthroughs within target accounts and communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$133,207.91-$213,132.87

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
