What does a successful Sales Executive - Digital Payment Solutions do?

As a Sales Executive in Fiserv's Digital Payment Solutions (DPS) business, you will drive innovation and change the way financial services are delivered to businesses and consumers. You will sell CashFlow Central, an SMB Payments solution, ensuring the strategic goals of your customers are met. Partnering with our Account Team, you will assist with operational and strategic needs, support client relationships, and resolve internal and external issues through influence, collaboration, and leadership.

What you will do:

  • Organize, plan, and establish a functional vision for assignments with substantial latitude for decision-making.
  • Deliver value propositions and build relationships at the C-Level of client organizations, collaborating with Account Executives & Relationship Managers for account planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements between Fiserv and assigned client base, including cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Provide clear requirements and expectations of specific client requests to internal support teams (pricing, finance, product, professional services).
  • Participate in implementations and ensure ongoing services are delivered on time, meeting client requirements by facilitating matrix team resources.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, participating in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational and matrixed teams maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs, providing day-to-day client advice and support.
  • Travel required - approx. 60%.

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales.
  • 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

Salary Range:

$59,500.00-$93,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
