THE ROLE: The Sales Engineering Intern will be part of the Commercial Operations group that provides technical quotation support for large vertical turbine products across industrial and water utility markets in North America. The intern will assist in projects focused on automating the creation of technical product submittals and developing process execution dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools for generating technical submittals.
- Support the design and creation of process execution dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to track project progress.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of AI applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- An interest in pumps, large industrial machinery and/or solving world water challenges.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $23 to $25 per hour.
