What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies based on customer requirements.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights to improve product offerings and address any technical concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product training sessions for both clients and internal staff to enhance product understanding and usability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the security technology sector.
- Strong understanding of security solutions, cloud computing, and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective technical support and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
