About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to continue building an industry defining sales team. This role will work closely with Account Executives to tailor Dandy’s value to each practice we talk to through demonstrations of our product, answering technical questions and providing in depth knowledge of Dandy’s offering and the overall Dental industry. A successful Sales Engineer will be an expert on all things digital dentistry and take the time to learn industry trends in order to be a resource for our customers and prospects. A Sales Engineer should be excited to work with customers, answer questions and help them get to the aha! moment when they see Dandy’s value.
What You’ll Do
Become an expert on Dandy’s product offerings, workflows, and the Dental industry
Be the go-to person for highly complex questions from prospective practices we are selling to
Work hand in hand with Enablement to help educate Dandy sellers on current and future offerings
Continue to challenge yourself and those around you to be an ambassador
Have an understanding of the Dandy sale process and supporting methodologies
Help Account Executives run demonstrations of the product for prospective practices
Work with Account Executives to deliver a tailored sales experience based on the pain & priorities of each practice
Be a champion not only for Dandy but as well as the doctors that you interact with
Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to learn the newest Dandy offerings and how Dentists can transform their practice
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in customer facing roles within the Dental space - sales experience preferred
Desire to learn all the nuances and teach our customers to think different about their practice
Quick learner who can adapt to a high-paced rate of change
Ability to make complex concepts simple for customers
Exception communication and presentation skills
BA/BS degree in required
