Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Quality and Environmental Management Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, ensuring compliance with these systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all laws established by local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Regularly visit customers and prospects.
  • Compile weekly call reports on all customer visits and submit weekly expense reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Prepare a weekly itinerary and forward it to the Regional Sales Manager. Maintain effective and detailed written records of all customers and reports.
  • Make product recommendations and offer additional technical assistance as needed.
  • Develop a sales budget for the assigned territory or accounts in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience in direct technical sales or applications engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in lubricants, chemicals, or mechanical equipment sales preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required by the position and territory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Requirements: Strong computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, ACT, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be organized.
  • Ability to work as part of a team within the Klüber Group.
