We are actively seeking a Sales Enablement Program Lead to join our team. This remote U.S.–based role reports to the VP of Global Sales Enablement.

Position Summary

Sales organizations are constantly being asked to do something new: pursue a different opportunity, tell a stronger story, introduce a new solution or execute a priority motion. The challenge is not simply communicating the change. It is getting the field ready to act on it.

The Sales Readiness Lead will turn important business, go-to-market and portfolio priorities into practical action for sellers. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ambiguity and making it simple, useful and executable through sales plays, guidance, practice, tools and reinforcement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and activation of priority sales plays and readiness initiatives aligned to business and revenue priorities.
  • Translate complex business, portfolio and go-to-market priorities into clear, practical guidance sellers can apply in customer conversations and opportunities.
  • Design readiness approaches that may include messaging, use cases, seller guidance, learning, practice, tools and reinforcement.
  • Prepare the field for evolving offerings, strategic initiatives, priority selling motions and other changes that affect how sellers engage customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across Revenue Enablement to bring together the expertise, content and resources needed for effective field activation.
  • Ensure readiness moves beyond awareness to practical application, adoption and reinforcement.
  • Use field feedback, adoption, proficiency and available performance insights to continuously improve readiness initiatives.
  • Apply enablement technology and AI where they improve seller readiness, guidance, practice or scale.

What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of relevant Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, sales readiness or related commercial experience.
  • Experience translating business or go-to-market priorities into practical seller-facing enablement in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise selling and what sellers need to execute effectively in the field.
  • Ability to independently lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from concept through activation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
