FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in elevating the performance of our Account Executives beyond ramp. This individual will partner closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to reinforce ongoing skill development, run targeted coaching programs, and help turn under performers into consistent producers. They’ll take ownership of weekly sales training, assist in onboarding new hires, and ensure that every rep, new or tenured, has the knowledge, confidence, and resources to excel in selling our SaaS platform.

This role requires a unique blend of sales experience, coaching ability, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is someone who has carried a quota in a SaaS environment and understands what separates a top performer from the middle of the pack.

Where You'll Work:

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Post-Ramp Coaching & Development
    • Own and facilitate weekly sales training sessions for AEs.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and implement targeted enablement initiatives.
    • Conduct 1:1 and small group coaching focused on call reviews, deal strategy, objection handling, and storytelling.
  • Onboarding Support
    • Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to deliver and refine AE onboarding programs.
    • Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to full production with structured follow-up training and mentoring.
  • Performance Improvement Programs
    • Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify underperforming reps and develop tailored improvement plans.
    • Track progress and outcomes of coaching interventions.
  • Content & Resource Management
    • Maintain and update enablement materials, playbooks, talk tracks, and certification programs.
    • Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure reps have the latest messaging, assets, and competitive insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Marketing to surface rep feedback and customer insights.
    • Help translate company initiatives into actionable sales plays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or sales enablement.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role (AE, BDR, etc.).
  • Experience designing or facilitating sales training and coaching programs.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and key SaaS sales motions (discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading groups and influencing peers.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Gong, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and enablement best practices.
  • Previous experience working closely with Sales Operations or Revenue Leadership.
  • Strong storytelling ability and a passion for developing others.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Weekly trainings that drive measurable improvements in pipeline velocity and close rates.
  • Faster ramp-to-productivity for new AEs.
  • Noticeable lift in performance among previously underperforming reps.
  • Sales managers view you as an indispensable partner in developing their teams.

What We Offer:

  • Covered Medical Insurance
  • Dental & Vision Benefits
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Fun, fast-paced startup culture- you’ll be able to work on projects that make a huge impact
  • Catered Lunches Monday-Friday
  • Class Pass, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and Peloton subscriptions
  • 401k
  • Transparent career growth, professional development, and promotional opportunities
