The Role:            

The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a hands-on role in equipping our Sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll support onboarding, develop enablement resources, facilitate training, and ensure our go-to-market messaging is effectively delivered and reinforced across the revenue organization. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Academics, Product, Revenue Operations, and L&D, and plays a key part in helping sellers connect Elevate’s impact to the needs of districts nationwide. 

What you will do: 

Messaging & GTM Execution 

  • Support the rollout of GTM strategy, messaging, and product positioning by partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership 
  • Maintain and distribute sales content, pitch decks, and customer/competitor profiles 
  • Reinforce messaging through onboarding, playbooks, and in-the-moment training 
  • Partner with AEs and Sales Managers to identify messaging gaps and offer real-time coaching and materials 

Sales Onboarding & Training 

  • Facilitate onboarding for new Sales and SDR hires in partnership with L&D 
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions for new and existing reps 
  • Maintain training materials and collaborate with L&D to ensure alignment with Elevate’s GTM motion 

Tools, Processes, and Resource Support 

  • Create, maintain, and organize enablement resources in Highspot or other systems 
  • Train sellers on best practices using Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools 
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to support reporting and dashboard maintenance 
  • Monitor adoption and performance of enablement initiatives, surfacing insights to senior team members 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, including recent hands-on experience building and delivering programs 
  • Hands-on experience creating sales content, facilitating training, or onboarding programs 
  • Strong communicator with ability to collaborate across teams 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sales Loft, High Spot and other common enablement tools 
  • Experience creating and running trainings, coaching sales teams  
  • Experience working directly with sellers to drive adoption of tools, messaging, or training 
  • Comfortable traveling up to 15% of the fiscal year
