Sales Enablement Specialist

**Location can be remote/on site depending on candidate’s home location***

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist with a background in technical sales in a B2B environment and a proven ability to train and develop sales talent.  In this role, you will be responsible to design and implement Sales Enablement solutions including sales training, tools and methodology.  The ideal candidate is a high achieving sales performer with the ability to pass along their experience and methodology to enable sellers to achieve their maximum effectiveness.  If you are passionate about sales and developing talent, we invite you to join our team.


Estimated annual base pay: $94,000-$125,000


All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Training Programs: Designs and implements comprehensive training modules to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Analyzes existing sales workflows and identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements and best practices implementation.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools to support the sellers as they are engaging in various stages of the selling process.
  • Manage Sales Enablement Projects: Executes projects focused on enhancing sales tools and resources, coordinating tasks and timelines to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide Analytical Insights: Collects and analyzes sales data to generate actionable insights, supporting informed decision making and strategy development.

Key Skills:

  • Training Program Implementation: Creating comprehensive sales training initiatives to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Strategic Communication: Communicating and teaching complex sales concepts and strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Data Analytics: Analyzing sales data to inform decision making and optimize sales processes.
  • Content Creation: Developing sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and training resources.
  • Demonstrated Sales Capability: Experience with complex technical products in B2B environment, preferably with Industrial sales experience.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with marketing, product, and other departments to support sales objectives.

Successful Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Bachelor of Science, preferably in an engineering field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience
