About the Role

Dandy is hiring an agile, systems-oriented Sales Enablement Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Sales Enablement team owns the strategy, design, and execution of programs that help our sales teams reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll design and orchestrate a dynamic sales onboarding program for our Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Managers, ensuring our new hires are productive faster and set up for long-term success. You'll also build career advancement programs to retain and grow our top talent from within. This is a high-impact, foundational role on a growing Sales Enablement team that is scaling to meet ambitious company growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage a comprehensive sales onboarding program for new Account Executives and BDRs across our SMB and Enterprise segments. You'll blend in-person and remote training to create an engaging and effective experience, helping sellers understand both our software and manufactured products.

  • Build career advancement programs that develop a sustainable internal pipeline and influence employee retention and engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to ensure the program's content and structure align with our business priorities, sales motions, and key performance metrics.

  • Continuously iterate and improve the onboarding program to shorten ramp time, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and scale for international expansion.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and People Operations to create a seamless, end-to-end onboarding experience for every new hire.

What We're Looking For

  • An agile, systems-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to changes in business strategy and connect different functions and processes to create a cohesive enablement environment.

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement or learning and development role, with a focus on sales onboarding and career development.

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management.

  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience scaling an onboarding program for international sales teams.

  • Experience in a sales management or lead role.

  • Aptitude for using technology and automation to scale and systematize.

  • Experience selling, marketing, or enabling in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or other life sciences or highly technical industries.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $150,975 - 183,000 plus equity. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
