As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Sales team is equipped with the training, processes, and tools necessary to drive revenue growth and customer success. Sitting within the Chief Revenue Officer’s Sales Operations team, this role will focus on designing and managing a scalable enablement framework, facilitating training in partnership with Sales leadership, and ensuring all enablement content and learning resources are up to date and accessible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute structured, scalable enablement frameworks to support the success of the Sales team.
- Partner with Sales leadership to plan and facilitate training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies.
- Spearhead the development of a multi-year sales enablement roadmap that is aligned with the long-term objectives and revenue targets of the business.
- Translate sales performance insights into scalable enablement strategies.
- Manage the onboarding program for new Sales team members, and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for the entire Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales team leadership to architect a tiered sales excellence and certification framework with specific requirements for different roles and levels on the Sales team, and manage this certification process.
- Support progression and ramp-up of new sales team members against key benchmarks and milestones.
- Maintain and update the sales competency framework to align training with business goals year-over-year.
- Ensure training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources are up-to-date and available to the Sales team; drive a content governance model to standardize and regularly audit all key sales content.
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Executives, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams to ensure sales content, messaging, and competitive positioning align with the sales strategy.
- Track key enablement metrics to measure engagement, analyze the impact of training programs on sales performance, and identify learning gaps in real-time.
- Maintain a structured feedback loop with the Sales team to ensure ongoing refinement of training programs and enablement content.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and/or sales training in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience designing, managing, and optimizing sales training and certification programs.
- Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales training platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM-based tools) to increase efficiency and productivity in a professional setting, while automating more repetitive tasks.
- Experience integrating GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into sales enablement and/or sales operations workflows to accelerate content creation, training, and rep support.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to support go-to-market success.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
