Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to take a leading role in defining and executing our sales enablement programs. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into revenue performance and a seat at the table with senior sales and marketing leadership.

You’ll partner closely with a global sales organization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the full sales lifecycle, from onboarding and product training to skills development, pre-sales support, and sales technology adoption. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our enablement strategy while continuing to grow your own enablement expertise.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for a wide range of activities spanning rep onboarding, sales training, tool adoption and value realization, custom reporting, and select pre-sales support activities. Success in this role requires detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, strong project management skills, and a foundational understanding of sales processes and tools.

Location: United States

What you'll do
  • Own and evolve our sales enablement strategy, ensuring programs are aligned to revenue goals and sales priorities
  • Design and deliver product and skills training that helps sales reps confidently articulate value, handle objections, and close more deals
  • Lead new rep onboarding, creating scalable programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Support pre-sales efforts by equipping reps with the right messaging, assets, and tools at the right moments
  • Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence, turning insights into practical sales guidance
  • Support sales technology adoption, best practices, and performance reporting
  • Measure and report on enablement impact, using data to continuously improve programs and demonstrate ROI
  • Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership and reps, working closely with the CRO, VP of Revenue, and individual sellers to understand needs and remove friction

Who you are
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales-adjacent role with direct exposure to revenue teams
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute enablement programs across onboarding, product training, and skills development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and deal dynamics, including pipeline stages, objections, and common points of rep friction
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training, including eLearning or scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time to productivity
  • Ability to translate product, market, and competitive insights into practical messaging, tools, and guidance that sellers actually use
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to sales teams and partnering with senior sales leadership
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement

What we offer you
  • Career Growth: Advance with mentorship programs, leadership academies, and opportunities to shape company culture and DEI initiatives.
  • Flex Fridays: Adjust your 40-hour week to enjoy a full or half day off on Fridays.
  • Remote-First Culture: Work from the comfort of your home.
  • Flexible PTO: Take the time you need, when you need it.
  • Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.
  • Insurance Protection: Life, AD&D, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability coverage.
  • 401K with Match: Secure your future with our company-matched retirement savings.
  • Paid Parental Leave: Support for new parents during life’s special moments.
  • Wellness Perks: Access Headspace and enjoy monthly fitness reimbursements.
  • Pet Insurance: Care for your furry family members.
  • Speaker Series Bonus: Present in our monthly speaker series and earn a bonus.
  • Book Reimbursement: Get up to 12 books reimbursed per year to fuel your learning.
  • Bucket List Benefit: Celebrate milestones with annual contributions toward your dream adventures after 3 years.
  • In-Office Perks: Enjoy catered lunches for our in-office team.
