Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager (Technology)
Location: UK / EMEA (Home‑based)

About the role
BSI is building a new global Sales Enablement capability and is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help shape and deliver this critical function as part of technology stack. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a meaningful role in defining how we enable our commercial teams globally. You will work across a global matrix organisation, partnering closely with Sales and broader go‑to‑market teams to improve capability, consistency, and performance across the sales lifecycle.

The role blends people, process, and technology, with a strong emphasis on just‑in‑time learning, ensuring sellers have access to the right knowledge, content, and tools at the moment they need them. You will own and optimise the sales enablement and learning technology ecosystem, including ownership of Highspot through a one‑year Proof of Concept, ensuring the platform is intuitive, integrated, and actively used to support sales readiness, productivity, and effectiveness.

As part of a growing team, you will help build the foundations of Sales Enablement at BSI, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, while influencing culture, behaviours, and ways of working across the commercial organisation. As BSI looks to the future, you will also contribute to the evolution of an enablement model that brings together strong human enablement leadership with AI‑powered and agentic support to improve learning, readiness, and execution at scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programmes that strengthen sales capability, consistency, and performance across global sales and GTM teams.

  • Own and optimise the technology ecosystem that powers sales learning, content delivery, and readiness, ensuring enablement supports just‑in‑time learning in the flow of work.

  • Lead the rollout, optimisation, and ongoing management of the sales enablement platform (Highspot), acting as the primary administrator and subject matter expert to drive adoption and effective usage.

  • Partner with sales and GTM leaders to identify capability gaps and define targeted enablement strategies aligned to business priorities.

  • Develop and maintain training content, playbooks, resource libraries, and learning journeys aligned to the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right content, messaging, and tools, accessible when and where they are needed.

  • Use data and insights from enablement platforms to measure effectiveness, track adoption, and continuously improve impact and return on investment.

  • Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and learning initiatives to upskill teams and support technology and behaviour adoption.

  • Support the responsible adoption of AI‑enabled tools and approaches to enhance sales productivity, learning, and execution quality.

  • Work across regions and functions to ensure global alignment, while allowing for local relevance and adaptation.

  • Contribute to the development of scalable enablement processes, governance, and best practices as the function matures.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Training, or a closely related commercial role

  • Hands‑on experience with sales enablement platforms and learning technologies, such as Highspot

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enablement or training programmes that support real selling activity

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle

  • Experience working effectively in a global, matrix organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across regions and functions

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills

Highly desirable

  • Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or digital enablement approaches within a commercial or sales environment

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and curiosity, with a strong interest in emerging trends, tools, and best practices across go‑to‑market execution and sales enablement

  • Evidence of looking externally through research, peer networks, industry communities, or vendor ecosystems to bring fresh thinking and help the organisation stay at the forefront of sales effectiveness

  • Awareness of, or experience working with, Corporate Visions sales methodologies and reinforcement approaches, and an understanding of how structured sales frameworks are embedded through enablement, coaching, and just‑in‑time learning

  • Experience working across multiple regions within a global organisation, with sensitivity to cultural differences and varying levels of sales maturity
