About the role.
Support the ongoing readiness and development of PURE’s sales team through high-impact training coordination, tool creation, and broker-aligned enablement programs.
The ideal candidate will be located near a PURE office and work on a hybrid in-office schedule 2-3x per week.
What you'll do.
A. Support Sales Learning & Development
- Assist in onboarding programs for new sales hires (TMs and REs), coordinating training schedules and materials.
- Help organize and deliver ongoing learning sessions across key sales capabilities (e.g., storytelling, negotiation).
- Maintain dashboards and help identify development trends and coaching opportunities.
B. Sales Enablement Execution
- Maintain sales content repositories including decks, tools, and talk tracks.
- Coordinate the rollout of enablement tools and training to support product launches or new initiatives.
- Support day-to-day use and refinement of Salesforce dashboards and sales resource tools.
- Own logistics and production for bi-weekly Territory Talk sessions, partnering with the Director on content planning.
C. Broker-Facing Program Support
- Assist in building broker education materials and coordinating program delivery.
- Collaborate with the Broker Strategy team to ensure training programs align with internal sales messaging.
What we're looking for.
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Operations designing and managing onboarding and continuous learning programs utilizing LMS such as Workday and Articulate.
- Strong project communication and collaboration skills utilizing Microsoft Teams or Zoom to deliver engaging enablement sessions, executive briefings, and sales kickoffs.
- Inspiring confidence and clarity in both in-person and virtual settings
- Proficient in SharePoint, Salesforce, Canva, PowerPoint and other content creation and management tools.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus: Prior PURE or HNW experience, or strong understanding of the broker distribution model.
