Strategic Initiatives exists to make TrueCommerce better at how we sell, lead, coach, and execute. The Sales Enablement Lead partners with the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives to support execution across a connected portfolio of programs, AI for Sales, new hire onboarding, sales training, President's Club, SKO, and incentive and recognition initiatives.

This role is for someone who champions change, embraces innovation, and actively contributes to a culture of continuous learning. You bring structure and follow-through to a fast-moving, project-oriented team. Above all, you are a self-starter, you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without being managed to it.

This is a remote role, with occasional travel to Columbus, Cranberry, EMEA offices, and events.

This role partners closely with the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and People teams across NA and EMEA.


What You'll Do:

AI for Sales

  • Support Hyperbound operations, scenario tracking, rep participation, score reporting, and certification completion
  • Administer Claude and Chorus usage tracking, certifications, cohort progress, license management, and Skills library maintenance
  • Use AI tools in your own workflow to draft materials, summarize content, and organize data efficiently

Onboarding, Training & Content

  • Support design and delivery of new hire onboarding and ongoing training across sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), product launches, and tools
  • Develop product launch enablement plans, role-based learning paths, launch communications, seller-readiness activities, and post-launch reinforcement
  • Build and maintain structured learning programs including e-learning modules, assessments, certifications, and instructor-led training
  • Manage the content development lifecycle, from intake and SME review through QA, publication, and ongoing maintenance
  • Own and maintain the Global Sales SharePoint as the centralized source of truth for sales resources, playbooks, tools, and training
  • Establish content governance to ensure global sales resources stay current, accurate, and accessible

Sales Technology Administration

  • Serve as operational administrator for the sales technology ecosystem, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Claude, and other enablement and AI platforms
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, license allocation, and permissions across sales tools
  • Coordinate technology access for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding in partnership with IT and RevOps
  • Monitor tool adoption and utilization; identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and increase ROI

Recognition, Incentives & Events

  • Run the weekly leaderboard and certification communications cadence to the field
  • Support President's Club eligibility tracking, communications, and event logistics
  • Assist with SKO planning, leadership offsites, and the Deal Win Spotlight, logistics, content, and follow-through

Reporting & Program Coordination

  • Maintain program trackers covering milestone status, certification rates, Hyperbound scores, and Claude usage
  • Pull data and prepare briefing materials for leadership reviews, All Hands, and Board-facing updates
  • Help coordinate cross-functional workstreams with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and People teams

Requirements for Success:

  • 5+ years in program coordination, sales enablement, or training within a sales or revenue organization
  • Proven self-starter, you operate independently, take initiative, and follow through without being prompted
  • Champion of change and innovation, you actively encourage new approaches and model a growth mindset
  • Experience designing structured learning programs, e-learning, curricula, assessments, and certifications
  • Experience managing a content development lifecycle including SME review, QA, and ongoing governance
  • LMS experience (Absorb, Skilljar, Anthropic Academy, or similar), course administration, completions, certifications
  • Hands-on experience administering sales technology platforms, user access, licenses, and permissions
  • Comfortable with sales technology, Chorus, ZoomInfo, CRM, and able to help others use it effectively
  • Data-literate, you can build a tracker, pull a report, and flag when something doesn't look right
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (or equivalent methodology)
  • (Preferred) Experience with Hyperbound, Power BI, Salesforce, or NetSuite
  • (Preferred) Extensive SharePoint experience
  • (Preferred) Event coordination background, off-sites, SKOs, or large company events end to end
  • (Preferred) Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a professional setting
  • (Preferred) BA in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
