Job Summary & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team to prospect and help drive new business opportunities utilizing a CCL hosted CRM. The role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on initiating and creating initial client relationships, generating leads through proactive outreach, attending tradeshows, and learning the ins and outs of a technical, fast-paced industry.


As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities by extending outreach on a daily basis to identify and find new business opportunities for CCL Healthcare advocating for clients across departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with internal stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a high-performing sales career with strong long-term potential.

Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business through daily cold calling, lead generation, and prospect outreach.

· Identify and create new channels for business opportunities.

· Create and maintain data, including contact information, opportunities and activity logs for each client & prospect record in Salesforce.

· Learn the business and develop deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions to clients.

· Create a shared vision for what a solution from CCL looks like.

· Collaborate closely with management and internal stakeholders to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

· Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.

· Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients both on-line and in person.

· Work closely with Account Managers to transition opportunities as they develop.

· Contribute to building a strong, client-focused reputation for CCL.

Education, Skills and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer service/account management experience preferred.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience using Salesforce CRM is an asset or other CRM.

· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.

· Ability to travel.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
