We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) team. The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and software partners across the US. This role is a critical part of the sales team, serving as the front door for ISV demand.  This is a full time, on site position in our Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities

  • Set Appointments: first-touch outreach; set and schedule meetings between the qualified leads and the sales team

  • Ownership of inbound and outbound lead flow

  • Track outreach activities and follow ups using CRM tools to ensure consistent pipeline growth

  • Qualify Leads: Identify and assess the needs of the business to identify if they would be a good fit

  • Driving qualified meetings and clean pipeline creation

  • Execution and management of Better Together lead flow assignments

  • Supporting ISV Field sellers and partner pull-through

  • Collaboration: Work closely with your designated sellers to ensure smooth handoff and alignment

  • Salesforce Knowledge a plus

  • Consistently hitting or surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) Including: 

  • Number of qualified appointments (SQLs) 

  • Number of submissions (deals moved forward) 

  • Communicating value and product insight clearly and effectively 

  • Helping fill the sales funnel with high quality opportunities
