Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and Paladin Drones’ offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or public safety industries).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in emergency response solutions.
