As a Sales Development Representative at Knorex, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth. We’re seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and resourceful self-starter who thrives on building pipeline and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers. You’ll represent Knorex XPO, our AI-powered omnichannel advertising platform, and will be at the forefront of engaging agencies, brands, and enterprise clients across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital advertising ecosystem, knows how to open doors with senior-level marketers, and enjoys the challenge of turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities & Duties

Generate new qualified opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

· Secure meetings and demos for the sales and business development teams, exceeding weekly and monthly targets.

· Research and identify key decision-makers across agencies, brands, and franchises to build targeted outreach lists.

· Execute a consultative, value-driven outreach approach, articulating how Knorex XPO’s capabilities can solve customer challenges.

· Manage, track, and report all outreach activities through the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and transparency.

· Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and share market feedback.

· Stay current on AdTech, MarTech, and programmatic trends to effectively position Knorex’s differentiation.

· Uphold the highest standard of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality in all client interactions


Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, AdTech, or digital marketing platform sales, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

· Proven success in high-volume outbound lead generation and meeting setting with VP- and C-level prospects.

· Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, or media execution platforms.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident and persuasive on calls.

· Proficient with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outreach tools.

· Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
