What We're Looking For

We are looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative who can confidently generate a robust pipeline for our Account Executives by nurturing inbound leads and strategically prospecting into targeted accounts. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the thought of expanding our market share. Top performers excel at identifying high-value prospects, qualifying leads, and consistently exceeding activity metrics.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and identify decision-makers within target accounts, focusing on private markets.

  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative avenues to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand our products, refine outreach strategies, and provide feedback on market trends.

  • Track all activity in our CRM, ensuring accurate records of outreach, qualification notes, and lead progression.

  • Experiment with and iterate on messaging to improve response rates and engagement.

This Could Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Have prior experience in sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Are excited to continue to grow a career in enterprise SaaS sales, within fintech. 

  • Are comfortable with cold outreach and can articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.

  • Are a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms.

  • Bring energy, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset to your role.
