Sales Development Representative
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare IT space. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—spearheading outreach efforts, identifying key decision-makers, and setting up meetings for our Enterprise Sales team. Responsibilities:
- Research and identify healthcare practice leads using LinkedIn, social media, and industry tools
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social selling to engage prospects
- Qualify leads based on DAS Health’s ideal customer profile
- Coordinate meetings and product demos for Enterprise Sales Executives
- Build rapport with prospects and nurture early-stage relationships
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and activity logs in CRM systems (HubSpot, ConnectWise)
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
- Monitor and report on outreach metrics such as call volume, email engagement, and conversion rates
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends and DAS Health solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Experience in healthcare IT and/or SaaS sales strongly preferred
- Skilled in lead generation and outbound prospecting techniques
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ConnectWise, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
