What You'll Do:

o   Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.
o   Research and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers using various tools and resources.
o   Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce OnCourse Learning and our solutions.
o   Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, timeline, and fit with our offerings.
o   Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
o   Collaborate with sales executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and messaging.
o   Track and manage prospecting activities and outcomes using CRM software.
o   Provide feedback to the marketing team to help optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales prospecting techniques and best practices is a plus.
