We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Membership team. You will spend each day talking to potential members about the benefits of Compound. You’ll also spend time on your own finding creative ways to bring in more members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify potential customers and research their financial needs

  • Drive customer meetings for financial advisors through outbound emails and phone calls

  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate resources and next steps

  • Facilitate the experience through our sales funnel, ensuring client needs are met as they’re connected with Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other members of our team 

  • Conduct ad hoc projects that improve Compound's lead generation playbook

Required Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Openness to coaching and training

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools

  • Experience in wealth management and personal finance

  • Experience working directly with high-net worth individuals, preferred
