In this role, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling to generate new opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, following up on marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our sales team to build our pipeline.

As an essential member of the sales team, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to further your career and personal growth, working closely with experienced Account Executives to research, create personalized communication, and get creative with your outreach. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and be rewarded accordingly!

This role has an outlined growth path to move into a full-close Account Executive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Build a pipeline of interested prospects through outbound efforts and handoff to Account Executives to close
  • Achieve daily activity metrics and demo creation KPIs to create a pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level prospects, explaining the value proposition of RevolutionParts

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment
  • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high-pressure, competitive situations
  • Fearless with a "no stone unturned" mentality
  • Willingness to try new concepts and open to coaching
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup team environment; you're a meticulous, innovative, creative thinker, never satisfied with the status quo
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus

Are you not sure you meet 100% of the qualifications? You should still give it a shot! At Revolution Parts, we are Revolutionaries.  We build tools, products, and our people. We value diversity in backgrounds and thoughts, so take a shot and apply! Please highlight some of your accomplishments in your resume and cover letter so we can talk about how you can grow with us.
