ASAPP is searching for a versatile and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and nurturing relationships with prospects. The SDR will work closely with the Inside Sales Director, Account Directors, and Marketing team, contributing significantly to the development and implementation of our sales strategies. Please note that this position has an ability to be hybrid or remote.
What you'll do
- Demand Generation
- Drive outbound lead generation efforts through targeted outreach and prospecting
- Make calls, emails, and utilize social channels such as LinkedIn to engage target prospects and customers. Qualify inbound leads and prioritize follow-up based on engagement and fit
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaign strategies
- Marketing Channel Management
- Assist in distributing marketing content across various channels (social media, email). Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead generation and conversion
- Help drive registration for marketing-led events such as trade shows, webinars, and other in-person networking events
- Sales Partnership
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Provide feedback to improve sales collateral and messaging effectiveness. Act as liaison between prospect and the AD (Account Director) to ensure timely scheduling of first meetings, and to assist with follow up.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales development or marketing role, preferably in a technology company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Experience with other SDR/BDR tools is very welcome. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
