This is a remote position.

We are seeking a disciplined and high-energy Sales Development Representative to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured discovery and high-quality meeting booking. This role focuses on qualification and pipeline creation—not closing.

Requirements
  • Qualify inbound and outbound MQLs from trade shows, campaigns, and dealer/integrator lists

  • Conduct phone-first outreach using AI-assisted dialing tools

  • Run 15–30 minute discovery calls to assess fit, decision-makers, and project potential

  • Book high-quality SQL meetings for Sales (target: 5–6 per day)

  • Follow approved messaging, pitch frameworks, and objection handling

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure clean handoffs to Sales

  • Must be willing to work ONSITE​

  • Must be open to traveling abroad for training opportunities and eligible to receive client performance bonuses

  • SQLs booked and conversion rates

  • Call quality, discovery depth, and CRM accuracy (Hubspot)
