Our team is looking to hire an SDR primarily for Inbound & Outbound calling support to our Sales team.

What You’ll Do
  • Call customers who sign up, book meetings, and help them get started.

  • Reach out to trial users and schedule onboarding sessions.

  • Contact customers with failed payments and help them reconnect with our team.

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects to build fresh business.

  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to reach potential clients.

  • Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve our approach and messaging.

  • Always look for creative ways to find and connect with new leads.

What You Bring
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or lead generation.

  • Comfortable making 200–250 calls each day.

  • Strong people skills - clear talker, good listener, confident communicator.

  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.

  • Quick thinker, sharp researcher, great at finding the right prospects.

  • Can handle rejection and keeps pushing forward.

  • Self-motivated and always aiming to hit or exceed goals.

  • Experience in AI or SaaS startups is a plus.
