Sales Development Representative

Magical is redefining how work gets done.

Our agentic AI platform brings "AI employees" into the workplace to take over the repetitive, soul-crushing workflows that slow teams down. The result: organizations move faster, with sharper focus, and deliver better outcomes where it matters most, like improving patient care.

The shift to agentic work is inevitable, and we’re leading it. We've scaled from $0 -> $XM ARR in 3 months with our agentic product, and we're looking for sales development representatives to help us reach $XXM ARR in the next 9 months.

We're backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Anthropic, Huggingface, and Notion, including Greylock, Coatue, and Lightspeed. The runway is long. The ambition is high. And the market is wide open.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.

  • Pipeline Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM records for all leads and prospects.

About the role

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role, with experience selling automation solutions, as well as selling into healthcare and/or IT a plus.
