What We Look For in Future SDR Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and social platforms

  • Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor messaging to specific needs

  • High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team

  • Resilience and follow-through in driving interest and booking qualified meetings

Who You Are

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by individual and team achievement

  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar

  • Positive, persistent, and proactive in developing relationships and overcoming objections

  • Excited to support a mission-focused organization helping K–12 schools

  • Looking for a high-impact remote sales role with a path for growth
